Privacy Policy

Hereinafter, references to this website means https://reformedspirituality.org/.

Cookies

This website https://reformedspirituality.org/ does not use cookies to collect personal information from visitors.

The social sharing links on articles on this website do not track anyone. They are simple hyperlinks, generated from data in the page that they are located on (title and reference link).

The “Share by email” link also does not track anyone, and neither is the email tracked by us. It is a mailto: link that your device responds to opening your email software (instead of navigating to another webpage). This merely gets a new email ready for you to send, and it conveniently prepopulates your new email with an example Subject: line and, in the email body (content), a link to the article you wish to share from this website. All these helps are optional—you can delete, change, add more content, or cancel the email.

Contact by Email

Any contact made with Simon Padbury via refspirituality@gmail.com goes to Simon Padbury, the creator of this website. It is a regular personal email address—it is not stored in any other data retrieval system.

Your contact (email address and content) will not be disclosed to anyone else—unless required to do so by law. Your email address will not be added to any email list, and neither will it be used for any other purpose than to reply to your email.

Email Newsletter

The Reformed Spirituality email newsletter is merely an email. If you wish to subcribe, simply send an email to refspirituality@gmail.com with the word “subscribe” in the subject line (or write us an email and ask).

In the email you will be be kept informed about the latest blog posts, and additions to the website. We may sometimes also include a selection of items of interest from elsewhere on the internet for your recommended reading, listening, or viewing – e.g. other people’s blog posts, or sermons online.

Our occasional email newsletter is monthly—or less frequently if work on the website has slowed for some reason. As has happened in recent years, there can be periods of several months of inactivity, with no emails. (Even if a blog article is serialised as weekly or fortnightly posts, we will still keep the email newsletter to monthly.)

We will not share your personal information (email address) with anyone else, unless required to do so by law.

We will only use your email address for sending you the Reformed Spirituality email newsletter. And we will never send you emails on behalf of anyone else.

You may freely unsubscribe from our email list at any time, and you will receive no more emails (except for the conformation that you have been successfully removed). Simply send an email to refspirituality@gmail.com with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line (or write us an email and ask).

The Reformed Spirituality Facebook Page

This website has a Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/reformedspirituality/. Your likes, comments, messages etc. on our Facebook page will be seen by us and anyone else who visits the page.
